I have to say, would I use rice again, probably not, it tasted ok, but nothing to skite about. I should have used my normal stuffing, but I found we had run out, and I was not driving to the shops to get some.

hi fellow competitors, finally got my entry on board. Didn't want to put mine up first to get the tie vote Wink

. Wouldn't have even tried this if i was at home, so i'm glad i called into an op shop and brought my latest cooking tool for $1. Didn't catch the neighbours chook although he does want a lesson on killing them. Huh

I wish all entries could be tasted as so far they all look A1 and will be trying them at some stage Grin

. The only problem i have now is my family really know how mad i am. The best outcome for me is doing this challenge with dad on one of his better days.

His words were he has never had a better pie Grin
