figured... LOL   Don't blame you either.   Smiley

Will just have to keep me eyes open as we travel around to different (woop woop) towns and see if they have old stock.

At $11.99 each and $40 plus for postage I don't think so  Wink

See under Lodge Cast Iron for details.

How is this for a trivet.  It is the cooking rack from the can cooker.  Comes in two pieces so you can adjust it for those bigger roast.

Made from stainless for easy cleaning.

Here are my trivets. The stainless steel one was found at a yard sale for 25 cents, and works great for light duty jobs like cooking in a frying pan. I have no idea what it's original intended function may have been.

Behind, on the left, is a folding Lodge jobbie that sells for $12 if you happen to be in the USA. Walmart carries them.

The other two are really plant stands made to hold a potted plant. The one on the right is 3/16 rod, and sturdy enough I reckon. Another yard sale find, paid a dollar for it, I think..

The middle one was $8 at a local garden center and is welded wrought iron. It does not even flex a bit when I stand on it, and I'm over 100 kilos. Wink

Aldi have nice enamelled cast iron ones for $7.95, a square one and a round one. They do have rubber covers on the legs which you just take off. Easy to clean being enamelled.

Had a look at them yesterday when I was buying coffee.  Quite a nice little trivet indeed.
