Following on from Astro's other post. "Ispod peke" is Croatian that translates simply into "Baked"

The video below is amazing.  I would just love to have the recipes for these dishes as they all look amazing.

My mouth was watering watching that!

I am so looking forward to see what astro does with his in the coming days/weeks/months/years   Smiley

I'm thinking... No reason we can't transfer those meals to an aussie camp oven... but it would need to be upside down and then just bury it in coals! 
Pity we don't have the actual recipes isn't it.
 

The judge's decision is final... unless the 3rd umpire is called for... or a facebook campaign goes viral !!!

I have the actual recipes that came in the manual/cookbook that came with my Sak-Peka 56 today.
Trouble is it is all in Croatian or something.  But the photos give the general idea.
