I have to sit this one out. I couldn't get a lamb shank here to save my life. I'll just sit back and wait for the next challenge.

Hopefully it won't be kangaroo tail...  Roll Eyes Cheesy

Can you get mutton chops, Chris?  I think we might allow a substitution on geological & cultural grounds   Smiley

Mutton chops and Lamb shanks both require slow cooking to get the most tender results so you would still be putting your cooking skills to the test.    Smiley

The judge's decision is final... unless the 3rd umpire is called for... or a facebook campaign goes viral !!!

Thanks LG,

I'm gonna give it a go on the next one. I did cook some lamb chops, imported from Australia. Shocked

These, of course, are nothing like mutton chops. I did take some pics.

I reckon there's a few folks with their lamb shanks still sitting in the fridge watching and waiting for the last minute and then they are going to cook up something extra ordinary and drop it on us at the last minute.

Well I hope they are  Undecided

It is with much regret that I will be unable to get an entry into this challenge.
Work and responsibilities have kept me away from my passion this past weeks.
