Lamb Shanks.
I challenge someone to cook a better lamb shank dish than me!
I'm not sure what else to write but I hope someone will accept the challenge and give me a run for my money.
I would also like to challenge some of the lookers to have a go at this challenge. The lamb shank is a very versatile ingredient and I'd love to see some new comers, and old ones, having a go and sharing a few ideas.
It's a good excuse to get out there and cook in the camp oven so lets see if we can get at least 15 participants for this one.
Astro.

Lamb shanks come up well in a Potjie.
Might have a crack at this with my new No 3 as all the rest are back in Kingsthorpe.

Lamb Shanks I have not cooked before. But am going to give it ago. South Australia has the best lamb in Australia. So this will give all the South Aussies the edge.

Lamb shanks is a good choice,  ideal for camp ovens.
Good choice Champ.

Best part is we get to eat them after the photos are taken.
Good choice Astro.
