Not the best weather for cooking outside. This is the second day of thunderstorms. In this pic, it's raining up on the hill, and headed my way.

Thanks, Bonnie,

I can't take credit for the pic though. My lovely wife snapped it from the back step to post on Facebook. This is not something we see everyday. She was certainly "Johnny on the spot". It looked totally different a few mins later.

I have got a sister living over in Canada, she lives in Welland. I have been over there to see her once,  it is a nice country.

Bonnie,

I love it here, and it's very diverse, but Australia boasts both deserts and jungles, along with everything in between. We can't say that here.
These camp ovens work well under any circumstances, so it's important to know how to use them.
Thank you Derek for providing this place for people to share the "know how".

You'll be right Derek.

Once investigator LG comes on line, she will hunt you down a local supplier  Smiley Smiley

$8 @ kilo for us today.

Smoothzsilk did mongolian style, and mine were simply red wine & onion gravy.

Both were bloomin delish with smoothz ahead in the taste test,

I will enter ours tomorrow night.

2 ripper entries so far, and Brian made a statement that he is not a tight-wad with some top shelf ingredients used  Grin Grin

Great to see the local ingredients Brian. I cracked a nice south aussie red for my dish  Wink

We could only get 6 shanks in Atherton the other day, so 3 for Bonnie and 3 for me. Smiley
