I have heard of pulled pork, never occurred to me to try it with lamb - thanks for the tip Smiley

Rufz - I only had boobies left in the fridge, no carcass to make stock with Cry

If only you knew what was going on while the shanks were simmering... It's amazing I managed to enter this challenge at all! Smiley

I was contemplating not putting my entry up as I didn't think it was worthy, but my donut bubble is already popped so it doesn't matter Smiley

The judge's decision is final... unless the 3rd umpire is called for... or a facebook campaign goes viral !!!

I agree Derek, it is good to see new and other members having a go in this, as that I what it is all about, getting out and cooking.
Kramer I like tacos as well, good to see, and don't worry about how good the photos look as it is not a photo challenge after all is it.
