I understand the principle of the shape of the flu to start the coal, but I don't like the two handed handle option, no good to me.  Wink

I just know I would burn my knuckles on the bottom handle!

My Heat Beads™ Starter has a 2nd top handle but I rarely use it.    I use the side handle to tip the beads out then a pair of loooong tongs to adjust where I want the beads to be
