A very easy way to cook apricot Rabbit
ingredients:
Two Rabbits (cut into pieces)
large tin of apricot nectar
1 packet of french onion soup mix
Just coat the rabbit in some flour and brown them of in campoven. Than mix apricot nectar and soup mix together and pour over Rabbit in camp oven then put lid back on and cook.  After 15 min turn rabbit. You only want a low heat so as not to burn. You can even skip the first step of browning of the Rabbits and just through the lot in together.. You may just have to thicken at the end with a little corn flour..you can also add veggies if you like. Should take aprox 20min to 30 min depending on heat and size of Rabbits..mmmmmmm

I thought it was a weird combination, but Mr Google says that is one way of making Apricot

Chicken   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Would be a fairly strong taste, so I'm guessing the gamey taste is not there.

Did you run after that rabbit to catch it Rob ?  Grin Grin
