This trip away I threw in my two jaffle irons.

Have had quite a few jaffles with the best ones being left over camp oven shepherds pie.

If you look closely at the second pic you will see the imprint of a kangaroo.

I still see this one as a bit of a gimmick...  But it is heavy cast, it cooks beautifully if the heat source is right and the embossing, well, ya have to look really hard..    I wont be selling mine any time soon!!
 


A furphy, is Australian slang for a rumour, or an erroneous or improbable story.  You would never get anything but the plain honest dinky-di truth here... I promise!!!!  Yup, hand on my heart, promise, true blue, uh-huh true dinks, dead set!!

I picked out the drunk kangaroo right away!   Grin

Or is it, I used to be drunk and that way up when seeing 'roos in my younger days....
and that's why I spotted it right away ?
