I am starting to wonder where I can get the ingredients.  The milk will be easy although I think it would be nice to get un-pasteurised and un-homogenised straight from a dairy somewhere.

I have had mozzarella from the shops made with buffalo milk but I seen those big buggers in the Territory and I sure ain't going to try and milk one.
