The weber I believe is called a Ranch weber they have a large cooking area and like any weber they cook food to perfection.

Saw one in use at a mates 60th.
Former colleague caters with it and has quite a good business.
Also runs a couple of smaller Webers beside it.
Tows a trailer to cart it all around.
