Dave, next time try just a ring of beads (close together) around the rim of the oven.  You will find you will get a better even browning all over them  Wink

You sure are visiting some nice spots down there.

Brian we make our own home made sauce.....we gave Rick some....he likes it too

Our campoven is a 10" 4. 1/2 qt

The Smokey Joe is 14" wide..... I'm looking at getting a 8" wide collar to fit on top to cook a whole chicken..shouldnt be to hard to get made

Left Cavendish this morning....had a look at Nigretta Falls and Warron Falls (suppose to free camped here but was too uneven ground).......then headed over the Boarder back to SA..staying tonight at Penola CP..... tomorrow who knows

Saturday....we went back over the Boarder and stayed at Bailey's Rocks for 4 nights........Rick.....you would be pleased .......no orange cord to be seen  Cheesy
There was no phone or internet there so its first chance for me to get on here now.....We are home now
