Decided to have a crack at some lamb shanks in red wine and garlic. So I had Lamb shanks, carrots, onions, chicken stock, tomato paste and a pinch of salt.

Top feed there Wayno.!, Lamb shanks are one of my favourite in the camp oven..Had a roast leg last nite, and as always, chef gets the shank.. Cool

experience is something you dont get until just after you need it.!!

We had lamb shanks on Sunday, done with veges in French onion soup. Low & slow for about 3 hours, then added to the veges & French onion soup for a further 2 hours. Fall off the bone tender and extremely tasty.
