Have never seen one Nelson, guessing it is about 300mm and going on its scarcity I would give $250/$300 without hesitation but then I do have castironitis............... if you don't want it buy it for me.

Rob.

Hi to all ,first post but been a back seat driver for awhile thanks to a very good mate Jeff. Thanks for looking at my pot and now the story behind it . Got a 20 and 8 inch furphy plus this boiler off a old mate of the family which had a garage sale and he was meant to have picked all 3 up at the same time from the furphy foundry .maybe the story is true or not I don't know but there would have to be someone in the big wide world that could put our minds at rest . A big hi to kingsthorpe David which I lost your email address so I couldn't contact you regarding the photos you where going to send me of all your ovens in the shipping container  . I love looking at all the different ovens that are out there so please keep posting them on the forum . Cheers Brett

Yes have seen a couple and I have a Furphy price list that depicts the boiler in question . They were available up until the year 2000.

Gee K.D not sure if you will need a hug or not but I have never been to west wyalong ,I am Brett from the sunny coast that you contacted regarding my 20 inch furphys . Thank you Astro for info as I have been looking high and low to find out a little about it . I don't go much on the furphy ovens but I had to get the 20 inch for a pigeon pair for my other 1 and the 8 inch kangaroo oven and this little boiler along with a unreal 12 inch Carmichael oven was offered as a package deal . Very greatful for info . Cheers Brett

Hi all been collecting for a couple of years but can't seem to get any ovens over the 20 inch mark and I was wondering if there is any out there for sale or where they just lost in time . I am not sure weather I would sell ,swap or keep the kangaroo boiler as It has not won my heart yet . Cheers Brett
