I would marinate for about 1 hour or so in Smokey bbq sauce, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 hot chillie or to your taste also a Table spoon of olive oil. pre heat camp oven with vegetable oil, enough to cover the base. Be careful not to burn the oil, Keep the heat medium or until you find that you happy with it. cheers Ron. Forgot to add turn frequently until golden brown.
