There are lots of members that have Billmans CO -
Aussie made and top quality. They can be made to order with your name on them if desired.

They are a great oven IMO mate. We have a 12" one we bought off George (Hotwelder) on here and really like it. They are a great robust oven and maintain a good even heat. We are so impressed with our 12" one we have now ordered a 15" one. We plan on picking it up from the foundry in April. Smiley

Thanks Muzz and Jeff.  Bloody postage will be the killer for me up here in FNQ.  That's one of the downsides of living in paradise I suppose.

Muzz, what chance has "little man" of
not
becoming a camp oven aficionado later on in life????  Grin Grin Grin

Cheers

George we are wanting the bigger one for cook ups here at home. We hope to head off on a trip with the caravan in tow at the end of this week and our 12" will be packed and ready for use. I actually put it in it's travel bag today. Smiley

Some blokes here own more than a couple, from memory this was a Ute load of 18 inchers bought by a member here and a few of his mates.

I sent an email to Billmans requesting prices of their camp ovens but no reply unfortunately.  What's the going price for the 9" and 12" models please?

As most of my camping trips are solo, a 9 incher usually suits me fine but the two grandsons are coming of an age where they will need to get out into the wilderness soon (if their bloody mothers (daughter and d-i-l) will unwrap them from their cotton wool cocoons for more than a minute at a time hi hi).  My 12 inchers are "no name brands" and I could do much better I think.
