Hello all,
I’ve recently acquired a very old 10” camp oven which I have brought back into service and I’m trying to identify the maker. There appears to be remnant marks of a brand both on the lid and the side of the base, however they are very indistinct and difficult to decipher.
The camp oven appears quite old and of a similar vintage to my Carron 10”. The bottom of the lid and base have circular sprue marks from the casting which are also consistent with the way my Carron was cast. The dimensions of the walls and bottom of base are identical to my Carron and the styling suggests to me that it may have originated in the black country of the UK.

Any ideas?

Could be a Falkirk, I have a 10" oven that looks the same.

Thanks Sundryed, your Falkirk does look very similar in design, although your Falkirk's legs appear straight and vertically mounted, whereas my pot’s legs are bent slightly outwards with a wee curve.
