I was going to say "Nice flower pot" in my first post. Grin
The cement should come off without to much trouble. If it does prove to be a problem you cant go past one of these for removing stubborn stuff.
...
I usually buy them at panel beating supply places, they don't fall apart like other wire brushes and will rip through most things.

Sharron now has a new mini herb garden.
The pot had major damage to it.
I suppose $10 was ok for a herb garden.
That is the end of this thread. I don't want to talk about it no more....
