I tried the above recipe out this morning and boy, is it good!!!

It would be an excellent Brunch type feed.

I maybe didn't drain the mince well enough when I took it from the Hillbilly frypan to the pie dish, as it was still a bit runny/oily on the bottom.

I used a couple of bottles of
HOT
salsa which gives it plenty of punch.

I think this may even be better next day, cold, with some sour cream and a bit of salad.

If anyone does make the recipe, be sure to drain every last bit of fluid from the mince before lining the crust base with it.
