I have always read about Yorkeshire Pudding, but didn't know what they were made of until I googled.

Egg/milk/flour. Sounds simple enough and seeing that I have a gem tray, I'll give these a crack.

I love Yorkshire Pud but something I rarely cook.

Being from the old country, Mum used to cook it a lot when we were kids.

It was done in the baking tray with all the left over bits and the fat while the cooked roast beef was resting.

I have seen some nice ones done in the drip tray in a Weber. Catch all the fat and then pour in the batter.
