The wife and kids are out and i found some left-over marinaded chicken from the bbq yesterday in the fridge.
There where also some noodles left from the  previous session so ...

first bake the chicken
...

add garlic, unions, ketjap, chilli's and bake
...

Place noodles and vegtables on top, and add
HOT
water
...

now just wait untill noodles are done
...

and while you eat ....
...

...a coffee (expresso) desert is on it's way
...

The thread title made me think of some of the bizarre things eaten in parts of Asia, wasn't sure if I really wanted to look. Having had a look I give it a  Smiley Smiley

@Saltbush Bill : trust me, I've seen some episodes of the tv series "border security" and whatever it is they pull out of Asian luggage and which they claimed to be food ..... my guess 95% of it will never ever be allowed near my DO  Grin
