unless you make your own...I think Derek imported his from USA

Yep, those of mine came from the US back a few years ago.

Improvise is the way to go but if you really want a table, Dave from Dave's Campfire Cooking makes one.  I think KD has one or two of them

Old BBQ is the way to go, Thanks for the tip.
A more portable design was what I had in mine so I will dust off the toools and get busy.
