I often make rissoles out a 1kg roo mince, finely chopped onion, curry powder, finely chopped capsicum, 1tbs of beef powder and 3 eggs to bind the mixture. Gently fried with a little olive oil in a 15" camp oven over a low fire.
This dish has always been a big hit with my family!!  When my kids were young they used to affectionately call them Skippy burgers, as they would often ate them. between slabs of camp oven baked bread or damper, dripping with
lashings of butter and tomato sauce
