I found an old BBQ dumped on the side of the road. I am going to make a heat bead table out of it for a friend.

That takes most of the effort away. Simple and effective.

Very good.  I'll need to keep an eye out for an old BBQ.  My fire pit is great but the bending is a bit painful these days.

On second thoughts, I have an old welding table with the clothes drier sitting on it that would fill the bill admirably.  Now to convince The Boss.

Thanks Brian but I managed to move the old welding table down to the fire pit and have it set up in a sort of fashion.  I need to get a better arc mesh system going tho upon which to sit the ovens..  I went into the metal traders and they wanted $50 for a 6 x 3 sheet of 50 x 50 mm mesh and they wouldn't cut it so I'll have to scour the dump.

I don't suppose the present set-up will change the taste of my belly pork entry (soon to come).

Watch this space.
