We use it for a damper Seamus and it is very good. We use Coconut Milk with it normally. However for scones we prefer to use Jude's own recipe.

Right Jeff, I'll give that a go on Australia Day. The grandkids will be here and they have put their order in for damper and golden syrup. And mud crab done in the kero tin in the fire pit but I somehow don't think that is going to happen!! Grin
