This afternoon Maggie and I were told by our solicitors that the sale of our house is now unconditional and we have three weeks to vacate the premises.

What a relief. Shocked

New chapter in our life about to begin.

We are planning to build a smaller house on a 1 acre block we have between Brisbane and Toowoomba. The deposit will be paid on the house by the end of the week and construction hopefully will commence in around a months time.

While the house is being built we will be full time living in the caravan and will be mooching around south east Queensland and northern NSW.

Exciting times. Now just need to get my health issues sorted.

If all goes well we will take the caravan out to the block and move into it tomorrow.

Removal truck arrives at the house Wednesday to pick up all the furniture. House settles next Monday.

We have portable battery powered office equipment in the van so from the end of the week we will be cruising around.

The excitement continues and it is great to be retired Cheesy
