Jam Roly-Poly
Ingredients
2 cups raising flour
110g margarine
½ cup water
4 tablespoons jam of your choice
Pre-heat the oven to 180C and place some boiling water in oven. Rub the margarine in to the flour. Add the ½ cup of water to make a stiff dough. Roll on a floured surface to roughly 22 cm. square and then spread with the jam. Roll up, seal the final edge to the roll cut in to slices and place in a buttered dish.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of margarine
½ cup sugar
½ cup boiling water
Melt the margarine, dissolve the sugar in boiling water and mix with the margarine. Pour over the Roly-Poly and bake at 180C for 35/40 minutes. Serve with Icecream.
