Been actually looking at this since I posted above.

It seems that the "accepted" definition most likely is:

Vintage = Older than 40 years (Apart from wines which are a different definition)
Antique = Older than 100 years


So that must make A "Genuine" Antique 150+ years old ?

Considering it was most likely made less than ten years ago in China I would most likely say "NO"   Cheesy
