Forget the appearance of a Dog's Breakfast and think of the simplicity and taste  Smiley

Whisk up some eggs and add chopped short back bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Easy camp tucker.

I do something similar but before cooking anything I dice up some potatoes and fry tossing them in the wok until they are crispy, then add the bacon and cook it and then the rest of ingredients plus some thinly sliced red onions.

Now that looks like a nice breakfast.
A couple of nice river fish would also make a nice breakfast.

Maybe so but that just leaves more for you blokes to eat. Cheesy I still have nightmares about the tomato pies my Mum used to make for my Father when I was a kid - YUCK!!!  Grin

I do cook them regularly though as Jude likes them. Smiley

I reckon it looks Grose  Smiley

But it tastes Grouse  Smiley

Tried the diced spuds and onion and would make the meal go further if cooking for a family.
