Hi everyone
Here is my first stew with brickettes in the camp oven with the following ingredients I could find.
steak
bacon
onion all browned together
potatoes
carrots
beans
garlic salt pepper stock
bourbon marinade Worcestershire sauce
tin tomatoes.
It was a very hearty, tasty meal with everyday items.  I had plenty left over so made some pies with short crust pastry.
cheers
Jayne Smiley

Looks great.  Nothing like the simplicity of a slow cooked stew.
