Not even sure what is what.

Baked a corned silverside tonight and it wasnt as tender as my last one.

Had a thought to slice it longways and bugger me dead, tender as  Smiley Smiley

1st pic is not tender, 2nd pic is tender as.

But I can't tell the difference looking at the meat.

Advice from those in the know please.
