Sweet Chilli  Chicken Wings
Ingredients

1 cup plain flour
sweet smoked paprika
ground cumin
garlic powder
ginger
Chinese 5 spice
honey
Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
1kg chicken wings
Sweet chilli sauce
100g unsalted butter, melted

Method

Put flour, paprika, cumin, Chinese 5 spice, ginger and garlic powder in a large bag. Season generously with salt and pepper and shake well to combine. Set aside.
Using a sharp knife, cut each wing into 3 pieces, discarding tips. Add chicken to bag, seal, then shake well to coat and set aside in the fridge to marinate.

Arrange chicken in the camp oven and bake until lightly browned.

Put Sweet chilli sauce, honey and butter in a small bowl and stir until combined. Separate a little for a dipping sauce.

Using a pastry brush, baste chicken with sauce mixture. Bake for a further 15 minutes.
