Aart how about we have a mini cog I'll bring the mixer up

Welcome to have a mini COG.
Don't need to bring a mixer, I got one of those.

Decided to do the base in blocks.
Harder to throw around than bricks.

What do you have in  mind?

Just thinking I could learn a bit if I was to help out "get in your way"  for a day or two about the time that you start work on the oven part.
Would depend on when that happens and what Ive got on at the time.

I like the idea. Would love to have you stay a couple of days.

For those who can remember back that far, the first ever COG organised on this forum was at Aart's place.

A couple of days notice and we would be happy to turn up for another one.

Try this one Brian. Sadly sometime back there we had a meltdown on the server and the people I was leasing it off were unable to provide their backup copies so some posts are without the photos.  That was when I changed companies.

Had a look for old photos of the first COG.
Found just one so far.
Shows the firepit and Cactus doing some supervising. Logfire was doing a fine apple pie and custard close by.
