One Pot Chicken & Vegetables with Dumplings



Dice meat and vegetables and add to pot with one cup stock and half cup of white wine. Season to taste and add finely chopped rosemary.  Slow cook for an hour.



Rub butter into flour to resemble course breadcrumbs then add a sprinkle of rosemary. Mix with milk to form a stiff but wet dough. Spoon onto top of chicken stew and allow to steam for 15 minutes
