Ingredients
Pork and veal mince
Zucchini
Carrit
Onion
Potato
Peas
Curry powder
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
Ground coriander
Garam Masala
Ground coriander seed
Chilli flakes
Puff pastry
Egg

Method
Grate vegetables. Drain as much juice off as possible and place in a bowl with mince and peas. Add a teaspoon of curry powder and half a teaspoon each of all the other spices. Mix together thoroughly.  Using a small plate, cut a circle from the puff pastry, place a small amount of the mix on one side, fold over pastry and seal along the edge with a fork. Place in a preheated camp oven and cook for about 30 minutes until browned

That's just a pizza tray, which I had sitting on top of a small trivet in the bottom. It fitted perfectly in my 16 inch oven, though was a bit tricky to remove without burning myself

You need a pair of multi grips. Just slide down and grip.

Thanks Tadpole, could use a piece of heavy gauge wire with a inch bend on the end to hook it up. Robert
