Every one knows that a large number of camp ovens attracts heavy rain, hail and thunder storms........Thora, Broke and Alstonville, bring your gumboots.

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd

Aart will remember it as he nearly lost his footwear in the mud.  Did I say mud  Shocked Shocked Shocked

It's true. I stepped out of Mike's truck straight into 8 inch deep mud. Pulled my feet up and out of the footwear. Left them there till I went to go home 3 days later.

We should have a COG in western NSW, we would likely break the drought.

Countdown is on.  Less than three weeks to go.

Just spoke to Narelle at the Showgrounds and all is good for us in the same area as last year.

Looking forward to it.

While at Alstonville we must all sit around the campfire and organise another one at Alstonville for around this time next year as well as another one in between. Smiley

I wouldn’t mind another trip out west.  Silverton is a great place but there are others as well.
