Has anyone tried commercially available gidgee charcoal for their heating needs. There is a business in Toowoomba called Miss Gidgee Wood Charcoal who are providing a well priced product altho I'm yet to try their charcoal out.*

It would probably work well in a smoker but would be a waste using it on a camp oven. Heat beads or
Hotshots are more than sufficiant
