Cooked up some sausage rolls for the kids in my old Bedourie Camp Oven.

A simple recipe consisting purely of three ingredients - puff pastry, a little milk and Woolies chicken sausages.

First skin the sausages. Cut a sheet of pastry in four squares.  Place some of the sausage in the middle of each square, moisten one side with some milk and roll up.

Place on a baking tray with the seal to the bottom and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until nice and crisp. 

I like them with mashed spud, peas, corn and some sweet chilli sauce.

Gotta love these.
