Pancake look nice Tadpole.
But is a Pancake shaker mix classed as one ingredient? Like is a packet cake mix one ingredient?
No drama. Just asking the question.

I asked myself that question before i posted it up. Then remembered pancakes can be made with only 3 ingredients, so I took the plunge. I'll do my wife's 3 ingredient pancakes as well in the future

Yeah, I think the pancake mix equates to one.

My sausage rolls have sausages and frozen pastry.  Most likely about 12 ingredients between the two but for me just two ingredients.

Here is my three ingredient pancake/hot cake & fritter recipe

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup milk (more or less if you want a thick or thin batter)
1 egg

Works every time for me.

Works for me.
Don't kids just love pancakes.
Usually difficult to make them as quick as they can put them away.

Derek that's the same recipe my wife uses. I was going to use that when I was out camping, but figured a shaker would be alot easier.

I had to send the kids off exploring while I cooked the pancakes!
