Had some left over curry from last night so decided to do a different naan bread.

1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
Greek Style Yoghurt
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Wilted spinach

First off make the dough by placing the flour in a bowl and gradually add yoghurt a spoon at a time until you have a dry dough, then knead it for several minutes until smooth

...

Cut into four pieces

...

Roll each piece out then sprinkle on cheese and spinach.  Fold over and roll again to press the spinach and cheese into the dough

...

Onto a hot grill for around 3 to 4 minutes either side as you want enough heat through them to melt the cheese

...

A plate of delicious naan bread

...

Inside is a gooey cheese and spinach mix

...
