Saw these in Woolies yesterday and thought they looked good.  4 pork and 4 beef snags in one pack

...

Decided to make some sausage rolls so took the meat out of 2 of each and mixed it together then added some grated carrot and chopped baby spinach leaves

...

Thawed out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into quarters then divided the meat mix between them

...

Rolled them over, seam side down, painted with milk and sprinkled with sesame seeds.  I make cuts across the top to make it easier to cut into portions later

...

Into the Weber or your camp oven at around 200 degrees

...

Thirty five minutes later and they are done

...

Cut into portions and serve with your favourite sauce

...

Inside you will find a nice mix of sausage, carrot and spinach

...

I also grate zucchini instead of spinach sometimes.
