Apple Meringue Pie
1 sheet pastry
1 tin pie apples
3 eggs
1/2 cup caster sugar

Blind bake the pastry.
Fill with apples.
Beat egg whites till they start to form peaks then add caster sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Spread egg whites on apples and bake till brown on top.
