Was looking at different spice mixed recipes and came across Ras El Hanout a Moroccan spice mix. This mix has between 10 and 100 ingredients depending on what region of the area you are from.

The recipe I am using has 14 ingredients. I then done a search for a recipe and settled on the above. Not listing everything here but the photos show the end result and the taste was excellent if you like spicy food.

May also be used in my opinion as a stew with potato's on the side or as a jaffle filling.

They look great Robert.  Very yummy indeed.  I love spicy food but it doesn’t always love me.

This is not over powering or hot, nice flavours and a mild lingering heat.

Nice, very nice.
Like that term, mild lingering heat.
That describes how I like curries etc.
