Up to the mountains tomorrow to see places we have only ever seen before covered in snow

Is this where the little car comes into play?

This time, yep. We took the Motorhome up there into the snow last year however getting in and out of the park here with it was a pain.

Have actually used the car a lot.

We had an amazing day up in the mountains today.  We drove as far as Charlottes Pass where these photos of the high peaks were taken.

In the last photo the little peak in the distance is our highest peak, Mt Kosciuszko.

At Thredbo, where we stopped for lunch, there was a little snow on the ground and they are well and truly getting ready for the snow season.

I managed to dodge Maggie’s bad aim with some snowballs.

Both Maggie and I love the snow gums.  Amazing little trees with such wonderful color.

These are two photos taken at about the same place beside the road above Perisher.

First one taken was today and the second one June 2017.

Jeff, yesterday up in the mountain looking at all of that would be the highlight of this trip so far.

Had a day at home today. Caught up on washing and did a spring clean inside the motorhome.

Another day here and we are heading up to Canberra and then across to the coast where we will slowly make our way north to home.
