I normally do jalapenos but this was on a little camping trip I went with the kids last week and forgot to throw them in the fridge. I would've liked sour cream with it as well but was still happy with how it turned out. Will do a fancier version on my next trip out as it was such a quick easy meal to knock up

I grew two jalapeño plants of once.  I bought a punned of mixed chilli seedlings and two were jalapeños.

I ended up with dozens and dozens of them and we don’t eat them and no one that we knew wanted them so they all went in the bin.   Cool

Currently I have about half a dozen jalapeno plants that are struggling a bit, but have more seedlings coming up. Also 3 carolina reapers which started getting flowers last time I looked at them. And a habanero which gives me 1 small chilli every few weeks. I used to grow chillis quite well in the desert, but they're a bit slow going now we've moved to the south west

this is something that we will definitely be trying Tad. I luuvvvvv Nachos.  You wirdos can keep your jalapenos though. Hot stuff and I are not friends. Once l ordered a pizza without reading every ingredient on the menu. I still couldn't eat it after picking them off. Johnny Cash can keep his Burning Ring Of Fire.

Its not burnt. Just really well done.
