Maggie has been asking me for a week to make a bread and butter pudding so tonight it was.

Ingredients
Leftover bread
Butter
Jam
Sultanas
Sugar
Cinnamon
Vanilla Essence
Milk
Eggs

Method
Slice sufficient bread to fill your baking dish then butter and jam one side.

...

Layer into baking dish sprinkling sultanas between the layers.

Beat 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of raw sugar with about 600ml of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Pour over bread then sprinkle over cinnamon mixed with a little sugar and pop into the Weber around 180 degrees

...

Cook for around 45 minutes until top is brown and crispy

...

Allow to cool

...

Serve with cream
