My first one is up.
Pleased with it. Wife said that I should make it at the COG.
I think that it would go very nicely with a hint of chilli.

Ours is up. Never made stroganoff using pork before but Jude saw the recipe so we thought we would make it for the challenge; tasted very nice.

First entry in. My wife got the steaks from the local Pinjarra butcher for me. Probably the nicest pork steaks I've ever eaten. Will be shopping there again for sure

Two new 10 kg bags of Heat Beads in the garage and our IGA has pork fillet at half price.  I will have at least one entrant up I hope.
