Had visitors this week so baked another one of these albeit this time in the oven inside.

No real noticeable difference between this one and the one cooked in the camp oven.  In fact the camp oven one didn’t crack.

Visitors give me the opportunity to experiment a bit as most dishes are too much for just the two of us.

We also had individual sticky date puddings with hot custard, hot butterscotch sauce and dollop cream.  Roll Eyes
