I added a little cornflour to thicken.

When we were in Tassie everyone raved about scallop pies however they were very uneventful and unappetising for me.

Yours however have taken them to a high level.  They look very, very nice and I can just about taste them.

Cream instead of milk might have prevented you having to use the cornflour to thicken.

Yummy and guess what . . . . I have some scallops and prawns in the freezer  so will have to give these a go. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I had plans to do this a couple of weeks ago, as I first saw this on better homes and gardens, and thought I might try it.
